Q1. Do you provide warranty for the inkjet printers?
We supply 1-year(12monthes) free warranty for the electric boards. Within 1 year, if the boards have any problems, please send the de
fective board to us and we will repair it soon. (Printhead and consumable parts are not included.)
Q2. What kind of after-sale service do you have for WinJET Flex PRINTING MACHINE?
A. We have 5 experienced engineers and 1 technical online customer service to supply 18-hour online service. If you have any problems, we can solve them online via skype and WhatsApp.
B. Also, remote control service via the software Team Viewer is provided for the customer to install the software and adjust the program.
C. At the first time, free training course will be provided to assist customers on installation and maintenance of the printer. If customer needs, we can send our engineers abroad to provide service such as machine setup and repairing. Also free training for your staff is provided.
(Customer have to pay the visa fees, air ticket, accommodation and food for our engineer. USD 100 per day will be charged for onsite service.)
Q3. Does the Flex printing machine have the printing video?

Q4. Payment terms and delivery date?
Payment terms: we accept the T/T transfer, Western Union, PayPal and also L/C.
Delivery date: for goods in stock, within 2 workdays after full payment is received.
Q5. Is the machine equipped with software?
The machine is already equipped with both the controlling software and RIP software.
Also the Maintop RIP software and photo print are optional.
Q6. What about the quality of ink?
The inks we supply are of high quality due to many times of rigorous tests in our machine, so problems like jam print head or bad printing effect will not occur. If problem about ink occurs, we will judge it soon and then take the responsibility if it is our fault.
Q8. Do you offer ink sample for testing?
We provide free samples (1 liter of ink) while the shipping cost should be paid by customers.
